Official Rules for Social Media Sweepstakes
1. Eligibility: Open to individuals who are 18 years or older and are residents of the USA. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Employees of Pharma Nord and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter: To enter the sweepstakes, visit our website and accurately complete the online form with all required information between February 18th and March 4th, 2025, at noon. Each participant may only enter one (1) time during the sweepstakes period.
3. Entry Period: The entry period begins on February 18th, 2025, and ends on March 4th, 2025, at noon.
4. Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly selected on or around March 4th, 2025.
The drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
5. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email, on march 5th, using the contact information provided on the entry form.
Winners must respond within 72 hours of being contacted. If a winner does not respond within the given time frame, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Prize: One (1) immunity package will be awarded to each winner. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered. We will request your shipping information via email to send your prize.
7. Shipping Information: Winners must provide valid shipping information upon request. Failure to provide this information within the specified time may result in disqualification and an alternate winner being selected.
8. Regulations: By entering the sweepstakes, you confirm that you comply with all eligibility requirements.
You must be able to receive and accept the prize as outlined in these official rules.
Participants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of Pharma Nord, which are final and binding.
9. Publicity: By entering, participants agree to allow Pharma Nord to use their name, likeness, and other relevant information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10. Limitation of Liability: Pharma Nord is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries, technical failures, or any other issues that may prevent participation in the sweepstakes.
11. General Terms: reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes in the event of any technical failures or other issues beyond its control.
